We’ll visit Carcaixent, known as the “cradle of the orange”, where we’ll visit the orchards and some of the architectural gems related to this typical Valencian fruit. The main stops of this tour are:

Almacén de la Ribera: former, modernist-style orange warehouse.

Active warehouse: in this modern warehouse we’ll discover how international distribution is carried out.

Agricultural experimental station: where experiments in ecological agriculture take place.

Huerto de Sant Vicent: monumental orchard specialising in selling oranges online.

Huerto de Soriano – Font de la Parra: declared Local Natural Area. This beautiful area includes a leisure centre of 6’8 hectares with a play zone, tables, barbecue, an area for cooking paella and a space for motor homes. In addition, we can visit the ‘Aula de la Naturaleza’, educational facilities to learn about nature.
